I attended Patrik’s 8 weeks course last year and it has been truly transformative! He gives a great introduction to meditation and the practice in a profound yet relatable way. I really liked that the course was conducted in a small group as it encourages more discussions. I found his teaching style to be very interactive and particularly enjoyed the guided meditations as he introduced us to the different meditation techniques. Would definitely recommend! ⭐️
