Nature, mindfulness and the flow of dao

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I got clarity. I was opening up to different layers of myself and got touched by how much I needed self-compassion. Seeing how my body is speaking to me really amazed me. Patrik helped me bring the different parts of me together. Very helpful how he mirrored me and helped me see qualities that are present in me.
